Mr. Murphy was born in Denver, Colorado. He graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Arts with departmental honors in Economics. After working in the field of real estate, construction and construction litigation, he attended the University of San Diego School of Law. As a member of the National Mock Trial Team, Jason received top honors for his trial advocacy skills displayed in national competitions. He graduated in May 2001 and was admitted to the California Bar the same year, as well as admittance to all Federal Court Districts in California. He is also admitted in California and Florida.
He is a registered real estate broker and has extensive trial experience throughout California, as well as appearances before the DRE defending Brokers and Agents. Jason lives in San Diego with his Wife Chelsi.
